This new build development is currently on site and consists of an 8 storey complex containing 362 apartments and commercial units, alongside a 10 storey car park with 806 spaces. The Private Rental Sector (PRS) scheme is on a former industrial site adjacent to Warrington Central Train Station and comprises a mix of 1-bed and 2-bed apartments.

The site partially sits within the Winwick Street conservation area and includes approx 400m² commercial unit to front Winwick Street, with a Café proposed to front the train station on Central Way

The scheme has two adjoining phases of residential apartments wrapped around an internal courtyard, both of which are accessed via the entrance foyer located on Winwick Street.

The development includes over 4,000 square feet of retail and commercial space fronting the thorough fare to Warrington Central Station Winwick Street and a multi-story car park. The contemporary in style residential apartments will provide open plan living with a mixture of single and two bedroom units.

Construction commenced late 2018 following Planning Consent in May 2018, and with the residential development sold to Cording Real Estate Group in a forward funding agreement, the whole development is due for completion in Spring 2021.
